copy will normally be despatched by First Class Post or Airmail within 24 hours of

The book costs £9.99 plus £1.50 per copy postage to UK addresses or £3.00 per copy to any address outside the UK. Sorry I've had to increase the charge for overseas delivery, but it's much more expensive than domestic postal charges, and, of course, comes straight out of the author's pocket...
